1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Riviera Rental & Services ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Services Description
Riviera Rental & Services provides luxury chauffeur and vehicle rental services on the French Riviera. Services include airport transfers, hourly chauffeur bookings, event transport, and custom travel solutions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service price. Modifications to bookings are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service as agreed. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
5. Liability
Riviera Rental & Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by French law. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
Google Maps Platform Terms
Our route estimation, address autocomplete, and interactive mapping features use Google Maps Platform services. By using these features on Riviera Transfert, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
